Deadline February 28 (must be received by this date), formerly February 29. Highly recommended free contest awards two prizes of $2,500 for self-published e-books of fiction and poetry written by African-Americans that depict the "cultural, historical, or sociopolitical aspects of the Black Diaspora". Author must be the copyright holder of the English-language work. Complete online submission process, which includes uploading the e-book file.
