I was born in Manhattan's Lower East Side in 1949. I grew up there and in Brooklyn, NY. I graduated Richmond College (C.U.N.Y.) in 1971 with a B.A. in English Literature. Since 1978, I have lived in New Jersey. I travel frequently, am an aficionado of American popular culture especially that of the 1960's, and a career civil servant (information analyst)—all things that though at odds seem to blend.
