"My claim to fame is that I recently won the Fayette County adult poetry competition and also talked about my work at a breakfast given by the Clayton County Rotary Club, receiving $100 to donate to the charity of my choice, The American Cancer Society. I am a member of the Fayette County Writers, and I'm what you might call a late bloomer. I have written thirty eight poems in a little over a year and some day, when I have enough material, I hope to publish a book."
