A native of rural Kansas, Justin Hunt lives in Charlotte, NC. In 2012, he retired from a long business career to write poetry and memoir. Hunt's work has received several awards and appears in numerous literary journals and contest-based collections, including The Atlanta Review, Spoon River Poetry Review, Comstock Review, Kakalak, The Freshwater Review, Kansas City Voices, Bacopa Literary Review, Pooled Ink, and Pinesong, among others.
