A native of eastern Washington State, Mark Hart lives in western Massachusetts where he is a psychotherapist, the guiding teacher for a Buddhist community, and an adjunct religious advisor at Amherst College. His poetry has appeared recently or is forthcoming in RATTLE, Poetry East, Runes, The Midwest Quarterly, The Berkshire Review and The Mid-America Poetry Review.
