3Elements Literary Review
Deadline February 28 (must be received by this date). 3Elements Literary Review is a themed journal; each issue publishes poetry, short fiction, and creative nonfiction incorporating a different set of three words or concepts. They also accept art and photography that uses at least one of the issue's themes. For the Spring 2025 issue, the prompts are "prophecy, attic, isolation". Editors say, "We especially like edgy writing that offers insight into darkness. We prefer character-driven stories as opposed to plot-driven ones. We relish a piece with a great deal of heart and more than a little bit of Truth (note the capital 'T')." Send 1-3 poems, each under 2 pages, or up to 2 prose pieces, each 3,500 words maximum.
