Common Bonds 2: Aromantic Anthology
Deadline August 15 (must be received by this date). Queer speculative fiction author Claudie Arseneault seeks submissions of unpublished science fiction and fantasy short stories and poetry with aromantic main characters for the anthology Common Bonds 2, to be co-edited by Arseneault, RoAnna Sylver, and Emery Lee. ("Aromantic" is a queer identity referring to people who experience no or very little romantic attraction to others.) Stories should be 7,500 words maximum, poems 100 lines maximum. Payment is 8 cents per word for prose and $60 per poem. See website for more details on the themes they are seeking.
