Alpine Fellowship Writing and Poetry Prizes
Deadline April 1 (must be received by this date), formerly March 1. Highly recommended free contest awards prizes up to 3,000 pounds for prose, 1,250 words maximum, and poetry, 500 words maximum, by writers aged 18+ on a theme that changes annually. For 2025, the theme is "Fear". Winner and up to two runners up in each genre are invited to attend the Alpine Fellowship Annual Symposium. Submissions must be previously unpublished. No simultaneous submissions. Limit one entry per genre per author. Enter online. The Alpine Fellowship Foundation is a nonprofit venture that promotes culture and the arts.
