International Human Rights Art Movement: “Masculinity” Issue

The International Human Rights Arts Movement is a NYC-based arts organization that values "Beauty as a fundamental creative principle; Sincerity and Vulnerability of presentation; Celebrating Diversity and opening doorways of Engagement." They seek to give voice to artists worldwide and protect freedom of expression. Their quarterly literary journal, IHRAM Publishes, has a theme for each issue. The First Quarter 2025 theme is "The Evolving Gaze: Society's Voice for Masculinity". They are seeking unpublished work from people of all gender identities about emotional vulnerability, breaking down toxic masculinity, and societal norms about the male experience. Send 1-5 poems, one story or essay of 2,500 words maximum, or any number of art images (no AI-generated work). Contributors receive $50 per written piece or $25 per artist.
