Magenta St Germain
Magenta St Germain is the alter ego of Deborah Wilton; the media-shy Deborah paradoxically makes a living writing for the screen. As Magenta, however, she is relishing her newfound fame and fortune. According to a fancy letter from poetry.com, she has been nominated as Poet of the Year, thanks to her soulful poem "Solitude". What's more, for a very reasonable convention rate (airfare not included) she could have attended the poetry.com awards ceremony in Las Vegas, which featured a special guest appearance by Ruben Studdard. She only hopes she'll be invited again next year.
Winning Entry: Solitude
Contest Won: Wergle Flomp Humor Poetry Contest 2006, Honorable Mention
