EastOver Press: Literary Nonfiction Reading Period
Deadline December 31 (must be received by this date). EastOver Press is open to submissions of book-length literary nonfiction manuscripts through the end of the year, though submissions will close early if they reach 100 before the deadline. Editors say, "We are especially interested in collections of literary essays, but will consider essay-based memoirs, mixed genre works, and other hybrid works. We are interested in manuscripts that take a narrative approach to nonfiction. We are highly unlikely to select manuscripts that are primarily journalism, political analysis, history, erotica, science fiction, fantasy, or comics."
