Linda LeGarde Grover is a member of the Bois Forte Band of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe in northern Minnesota. She is on the American Indian Studies faculty at the University of Minnesota Duluth, and has published poetry, prose, historical research, and a children’s family history guide. As an Ojibwe grandmother and elder, traditional powwow dancer and storyteller, she encourages all Indian people to continue the stories and traditions that have been the foundation of our survival as a people, to live the Good Life, and to share our voice with the world.
