Bard Books
Deadline December 31 (must be received by this date; don't enter before September 1). Bard Books is a new imprint of LitMag. They are now open to submissions of chapbooks and full-length manuscripts of poetry, literary fiction, and creative nonfiction and critical arts writing. Fiction can be novels, novellas, or story collections. Nonfiction can be memoir, biography, narrative nonfiction about the arts and culture, critical studies, or essay collections. The first books from this press were renowned editor and critic Gordon Lish's novels To Have Written a Book and Annals and Indices.
