Fabuly Writer’s Challenge
Deadline December 15 (must be received by this date). Neutral free contest gives $500 and e-book and audiobook publication for a short story, 2,000 words maximum, on a selected theme. Contest sponsor Fabuly is an app that offers free classic literature in e-book and audio formats. Submissions are capped at 200, so enter early. "It is advisable to reduce or altogether avoid the use of dialogue in your short story to ensure its successful adaptation into a generated audiobook."
