Annah Chiedza Hodhera is a postgraduate student at the Pan African University pursuing her MA in Governance and Regional Integration with a research focus on SMEs' participation in intra-African trade under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). She has over five years of professional experience in Finance and Administration. Annah is a young Zimbabwean writer with global recognition. She's written about girls' education, gender-based violence, and women's empowerment, and has won various awards to date, the most recent being from the 55th St Gallen Symposium, Leaders of Tomorrow 2026 essay competition. In 2018 she won the Daughters Destined for Purpose Poetry competition where she wrote about sexual abuse against girls, and her other works on education have been published by the Global Partnership for Education. She has also co-authored and published academic research papers on public administration and e-governance. Annah strongly holds the belief that through writing—academic/ scientific research papers, whimsical poetry, or general essays—the world can benefit from the vast ocean of riches within the human soul.
