Kim Keough

Kim Keough (she/her) is a writer, poet, and photographer. Originally from Philadelphia, she studied theatre and dance in New York City, where she made her living as a street performer and traveled throughout Japan and Europe. Her most recent essay, "Bike Path to Damascus", was selected and performed as part of the 15th Annual Historic North Hall Arts Festival in Huntington, Massachusetts. She received her BA in English from Mount Holyoke College. Her poetry and photography have appeared in Meat for Tea: The Valley Review. She is the co-founder and editor of The Viking Runestone, Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School's art and literary magazine. Keough is the former director of Voices from Inside, a non-profit writing program for incarcerated and formerly-incarcerated women. She lives and works in western Massachusetts.
