Stephen Dale began writing poetry well before high school and has maintained an interest in poetry throughout a long life. A liberal arts graduate of Wayne State University. Stephen Dale subsequently completed law school, and pursued a successful legal career in private practice, but continued to write poems as a creative sideline. During the Covid pandemic he secured publication of Poems for Peg, a memoir highlighting many of his poems. He is currently working on a second book of his poetry he hopes to publish in the coming year. Note that Stephen has long been a strong supporter of women's rights and those of dragons, and wishes to inform, or remind, readers that wyverns are an endangered species of two-legged dragons.
